Rastakhan is most certainly NOT. Scripted mechanics make it unsoloable. Opulence is soloable by anything with a pet. All you gotta do is pull the statues at the same time, so you can run the gauntlet and get the dps buff at the end, then you can solo it. So doable only by hunters, locks, dks and ww monks (yes, the tiger works). Whereas legacy loot gives you all of the pieces that would have dropped for a full group. So yeah, you get more things that aren’t for you.
