F350 on 37s.
It all depends on what you're going to use your truck for. I you dont tow I would go with the 4:30's, but it you tow any heavy loads I would go with the 4.56's. 2003 F350 C/C LB FX4 6.0L, 4wd, 8" lift on 37" Xterrains, 4.56 gears, Mag CAI, zoodad mod, high idle mod, Sirius radio, 4" straight pipe to 5" dumping out in front of rear tire. :flag:
Today on Salinas I have Michael Rivera's 1997 Ford 350 4x4 that was built by Tweetys Tire! This BEAUTIFUL OBS was built using a 6 inch rough country lift kit...If you run the calculations with 4.30s and 37s the final ratio is 3.71. The math is pretty simple: If a 2019 Powerstroke had 4.37 the engine's torque would be multiplied 17.35 times. (3.97 x 4.37). And the engine torque is 935 lbft. So 935 x 17.35 = 16221 lbft to the rear axle. The 2020 Powerstroke/10 speed looks like this: 4.615 first gear x 3.31 final drive x 1050 engine torque = 16039 lbft to the rear axle. In the rear go to the ford dealer and buy (2) front/rear spring hangers (the front hanger for the rear springs). Cut off your stock rear spring hangers and put on the ones from ford, buy a good beefy shackle and 6" springs.Got the 35's on. They fit fine. Had a spare bumper that was already trimmed for 33's I had on another truck. I had 7.3 with basically 35s, going from 3.73 to a 4.30 gearing was fantastic, with 37s your net would be slightly lower than 4.10 gearing on a stock tire. I think 4.56 would be too tall, I'd recommend 4.30, good balance for towing and mpgs. I would go at least 4.88's if you tow anything remotely heavy.

For starters, those gears will not run 2150 RPMs at 70mph. There is a calculator on the other site (that has the word Garage in it). You can see for 4.56's and 37" tall, 2500RPM is about 60MPH and 3000RPM is about 72MPH, so you are probably turning 2800RPM give or take.
