The white text against glaring bright green highlights is painful and sometimes even impossible to read, and the map is just one big eye-burning rectangle.I run a really modded version of fallout 4, I found there were textures missing on a bunch of items, both modded and vanilla. The vanilla pip boy is an equipable that just doesn't show in your inventory; mods like pip pad that remove it from when they take away that item. Look up the ref ID for the vanilla pip boy and type player.equipitem XXXXXXXX into the game console. That may fix the issue
