The weapon itself requires 14 Strength, 35 Dexterity, and 17 Arcane to use properly. It has a weight of 7 and produces blood buildup by default. The weapon skill for this weapon is called Cursed-Blood Slice. Passives. Warped blade of shifting hue used by Morgott, the Omen King.
