Sunset Fireflies are super, super easy to farm. Just go to either Kakariko at night, either by the Great Fairy or just in the middle of the town. There's also a ton around the cabin the old mans cabin on the great plateau. Just put on some stealth armor/drink an elixir, crouch down, and go to town. You'll get what you need easily.
