This is a common issue with screens prior to 2018. The screen needs to be replaced. It's not too much $$. Can be found at cuescreens.com. Or if you have warranty the Dealer would replace the whole CUE unit but it would most likely fail again.If the display appears fine, try resetting the system by turning off the ignition and removing the Cadillac Cue fuse for a few minutes. If resetting the system doesn’t resolve the problem, check for software updates by connecting your Cadillac to a reliable Wi-Fi network and navigating to the Cue settings menu.
