Ffxiv audio cuts out.

Still getting these issues where sound cuts out randomly for 1-2 seconds. Tried some stuff but nothing has worked. I have/use voicemeeter, so might be the reason; but cant find any good fix, yet. Even on 'official release.' Trying launch option -directx11 or w/e it is caused me lag freeze issues in game, and didn't fix the audio issue. Still ...I have the slightly older LG C9 OLED running on LG firmware v05.00.10 and no audio dropout or lip-sync issues at all with that current build.
