As of now (6:20 PM EST on 2/6), the guide recommends uninstalling GShade as the last step. This will break your ReShade install (it removes the new ReShade dxgi.dll file). If you're going to uninstall GShade, make sure you do it right before installing ReShade (having backed up the appropriate preset and shader folders). Rename your d3d11.dll inside the game folder to dxgi.dll and it should work again. Steam shares the overlay hook with Gshade. Steam and discord overlay tend to be really buggy. Most disable them for this reason. There is some setting you need to change on the gshade installer for the overlay to work.
