My 2018 Acadia (16,000 miles) has started to give the Shift to park warning more frequently in the past month or so. I haven't taken it in yet because I know they won't find anything wrong. I've tried all kinds of things to remedy to no avail. Read through the one in this link. It has an explanation as to what the cause is and a few fixes or work arounds. I've tried all kinds of things to remedy to no avail. No issues with the shift to park on 2020 that we have seen. Not likely, since the problematic shifter mechanism is not used in the 2020.
