Honda civic parking brake stuck.
Over the weekend my parking brake on my 2012 Civic Ex got stuck when I was parked on a hill. I got it towed and manually released the brake cause I was in a time crunch but the lever is still stuck up. Because of this the car still thinks that the brake is on and beeps constantly if your driving faster than 4mph.

You should really use your parking brake every time you park. This takes the strain off of the transmission. Could have been a rock.
