My dealer said it could not pre-apply for HOV stickers, that I had to wait for my license plates. Plates received on 12/9. I applied for my HOV stickers on 12/10. DMV check was deposited on 1/4/17. Although I have seen posts saying that stickers arrive within a few days of the check being deposited, as of today, 1/17, still no stickers.
