I don't think the Troupe actually left Hallownest at all. They're still there, just not noticeable. We know that the Troupe can exist within the dreamworld- outside the physical world: From Grimm's journal: Through dream I travel, at lantern's call. From Brumm's dream-dialogue: When flame burns bright inside one's mind / bright Kin heed the call.
After banishing the Grimm Troupe, the Charm can be acquired from Nymm by listening to him in Dirtmouth. I recently found out that there are 2 options of the final portion of the Grimm Troupe content. Fight the Nightmare King. Help Brumm banish the Troupe. My wife and I have 2 saves, we've both beaten the Troupe Master once. I have already collected the final set of Grimm Flames, and attempted the NK fight a few times.

You cannot. You chose to banish them, instead of completing their ritual. You should check around Dirtmouth, however - there may be a new NPC there. That sucks. The bad thing about the Banishment: I'm maybe not gonna be able to beat Nightmare King Grimm on another save file, because, well, you have to get all abilities again, meaning I won't be used to having all of them anymore. And ...Grimmchild doesn't have the best accuracy, so its tends to miss quite frequently. It's fine as a backup damage on its own, but not extremely reliable/dependable. So unless your playstyle is focused on being evasive rather than straight up confrontational, you'll find better uses for those 2 notches. Personally, I prefer Glowing Womb.
Banishing the Grimm Troupe is the same percentage as fighting him. You shouldn't be able to lock yourself from percentage completion without glitching the game or something. Reply
There is no way to reset grimm troupe in any platform. The only way is with another save file. You can absolutely bring the troupe back with the online save editor, although if you miss some variables you get a nice invisible tent for him. Still works, though. I did this on my steel soul because I didn't realize NKG doesn't end a steel soul ...
Most of the endgame takes place in a dream world though, so you should be fine. If you complete the ritual she stays until you have completed the charms. Banish them and she leave immediately. It doesn't really matter cause all the endgame content is in a dream so you won't really have to worry about your charms breaking anyway. You will have to do multiple runs for all achievements, but you can always get 112%. But, you will have to fight him in Pantheon 5 anyway. Go back to where you found the og lantern and talk to the guy, I'm pretty sure you can fight him in hall of gods but idk if it will give max grimmchild. You can fight in HOG but you dont get the maximum grimmchild charm (you lose it, but you get another charm to replace it when talking to the musical dude next to elder bug after banishing Grimm)
