It is one made from angle iron, not the square channel frame, so it is lighter than a square channel frame version. I have about 80 lbs of weight on it to help it cut deeper. Think you will short on power, need at least 10 hp a foot in my opinion. My uncle currently pulls a 35' 455 with his 4640 with duals, so I would guess the 4650 would pull it just fine.
