When it comes to housing wards and plot availability for FCs or Players, I believe wards 1-9 are for FCs only and the rest of the wards are for players only. So if you are looking to bid on a house for an FC, it will have to be in the first 9 wards.However, when I go the Mog Station to submit a transfer application, it gives me this error: "The Home World Transfer service is currently unavailable, or the website is undergoing maintenance.
