Litter robot 3 always says full.

Hi everyone! I just received my litter robot 3 connect yesterday and I got the notification this morning that the drawer was full. This surprised me because my cat only used it twice and he is a relatively small guy with small “business”. I checked the drawer and it is completely filled with clean litter and a a couple of clumps.The LR3 gauge will reset itself after 2-3 cycles but you should still hit the reset button on the robot after adding new litter or emptying the bag. Just takes a few cycles for the app to catch up.
