NextBridge MMTLP and the special dividend. One thing that I’m struggling with is the one time special dividend. It was part of the TRCH and MMAT merger and then the MMTLP spin off. If there is actually a real intent to sell the TRCH assets, why hasn’t it happened yet?

I just electronically requested transfer to AST today. So eTrade will send electronically to AST (which is free) or they will send paper certificates (that costs $60). So it takes a few business days to process. If I receive paper certificates I need to directly register with AST myself.

MMTLP will stop trading in a few weeks or so. It will become NB (Nextbridge). A private held company. You cannot transfer short shares to a private held company so all the shorts have to cover before NB officially owns all MMTLP shares.
