No dropped frames or any lag. If you have a second display, you might want to put your 580 back in, set it up as your primary display, (top slot on the motherboard) and put the 1660 in a lower slot, and set OBS to encode using the 1660, while playing the game on your 580. This is how I run my setup, and have no issues at all.
