Per the RxOM Role Playbook (on page 19), " Senior technicians moving into the RxOM role will receive at least a 5% promotional increase on current salary" . Meaning you will get put at your zones base pay or receive a 5% increase in current pay (which ever is higher).. This is from the 2021 role refresh playbook, so it could have been updated since.

The bad part is there are RxOM that were long term Sr Techs i.e. were as such before RxOM existed then got promoted and are used to being complained to by RxM for metrics so the RxM puts the same pressure to the RxOM like the RxM would have done to Sr Techs before role refresh. ... There isn't a set of questions that will be followed. I know i didn't follow the questions walgreens sends. What you will do depends on where you will work and what the rxm/sm expect from a rxom. Some rxom are just glorified techs with very little added responsibility.
