Authority pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the term City shall also apply to the Inglewood Housing Authority instead of the City of Inglewood. “City Rules and Powers” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.5 of this Agreement. “City’s Expenses” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.6.a. of this Agreement. Through the provision of public housing apartments and the management of Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers, the City of Inglewood Housing Authority serves more than 1002 low-income families and individuals, while supporting healthy communities.
