I had a PA that I stretched to a 00 gauge but really only wore a 0 gauge because my dick couldn’t handle the weight of a 00 gauge ring. I converted my old PA to an apadravya. Pierced at an 8 gauge, now I’m at a 4 gauge and goal is for the top half to get to a 00 gauge to match the old PA hole.
