I admit, I have only tried 3 other brands but they havent helped. I tried systaine vials, systaine complete (bottle), Rohto eye drops, and clear eyes. I stopped using MGD this week and I already feel so much better (no more nausea, feel healthier) but my eyes are dry again. Suggestions? Have you tried SYSTANE complete drops? Also warm compresses.
