I have changed the blower motor which didn't work (I tested the motor that was in there and it worked when I sent power to it).

Try pulling fuse #36 in the rear fuse block for 30 seconds. Then turn on the ignition, but you don't even need to start the engine. Listen for all the actuators to move and the blower to try all speeds. And don't touch any controls until it's done.
