Yes, there have been threads on this issue. The cause is tolerance stacking between the FCU and the grip module. Some do, and some do not, have a slight (0.100") take up just at the point where the trigger hits the wall. Today at the range, after firing 100 rounds, the trigger stopped working. The trigger pull has spring pressure, but does not release the striker when pulled fully.
