Before you tell me to look in the skin tutorial thread, I have already looked there and it has not been added. I want to replace the hit sounds in my skin with the hit sounds of another skin, but I can't figure out how. Help please

As for the fix, there should be a point in your options where you have to input the location of your osu! folder, make sure it's right. since the centre alignment is adjustable in the .ini file, asking for skins that have it is pretty pointless as you can even do it yourself. There are external programs that will do it for you (the above post for example), what you have to do is just type the value you want.
