How to see past gpa on powerschool as a student.

I'm using PowerSchool / PowerTeacher Pro for the first time this term and set up my grade calculation with weighted categories. I cannot for the life of me find a way of SEEING my students grades or subscores for those categories. I understand there are 4 basic methods. I think they use the "Simple" method but my son's GPA is not the same as when I calculate his simple GPA average on my own. Powerschool is lower. I tried right clicking and selected "view page source" but it doesn't show the formula, just the actual GPA number as displayed on the website.
