The model number is half missing from the bottom and the one on the inside looks like (FM 18). The tubes are 12AL5, (2)12BA6, 12BE6, 12DT8, 50EH5, & 12AV6. The radio could be from the 60's as there is printed curcuit board plus some hard wiring.
