Just use Tradovate + TradingView. Once you have studied all the broker options, platforms, etc. you will eventually come to the agreement that Tradovate is the overall choice (at this time). Im a scalper so our needs are different in that I trade about 12 ES in a trading period.
Yesterday there was a bug wherein they didn't take daylight savings into account, so if you tried to enter a trade after 3pm eastern, the system thought it was between 4 and 5pm and you needed full margin (e.g. $11k per ES contract). Doh! They fixed that. Micro ES moves at $1.25 tick, so you need a whole point move (4 ticks) to pretty much beak even. If you swing trade it might not matter, but for day trading that’s a lot of money gone for other platforms that can do the same thing.
